After the 14-day trial, we'll ask you to fill in your payment details. We need this additional information to keep the application running for you and your company. When not provided with this information we, unfortunately, are bound to freeze your account temporarily until you make a final decision on whether or not to use Teamtracker.
We would be sad to hear you leaving us. If you don’t want to use Teamtracker any longer you can delete the account, including your personal information. Don’t hesitate to share how we can improve the future of time tracking with us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Did we freeze your account but do you still want to use Teamtracker? No worries, we’ve got you covered:
- Log in to your dashboard.
- Go to 'Settings'.
- Go to 'Payment Details'.
- Click ‘Add’.
- Enter your credit card details.
- Click ‘Save’.
- Go to 'Subscription' in the navigation menu on the left.
- Click ‘Start Subscription’
Your paid plan will be activated immediately, giving you unlimited access to all features of Teamtracker.
